The first edition of the CONSUMER LIFESTYLE SMARTreport - the industry's first Pan-European trade publication for professionals in the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliance sectors - has seen the light of day!

The SMARTreport is the "paper version" of Consumer Lifestyle News, which was launched just over a year ago.

The launching of this new quarterly publication marks a major step in the evolution of tools placed at the disposal of trade buyers and media on a worldwide basis, but more particularly in Europe. 

The report responds to the same philosophy as we have developed for IFA International, which consists of presenting, in the form of dossiers and interviews with top executives, information that is succinct, precise and directly useable for a buyer in his or her strategic reflection.

This first edition dedicates a number of pages to the essential of what we witnessed at CES Las Vegas early in January, notably the massive onset of companies releasing Tablet devices, the already omnipresent 3D TVs but also the growing power of the Chinese CE giants.

We are pleased to have partnered with a major European trade event, Distree XXL (see interview – Farouk Hemraj and feature article), for the launch of this publication, as well as forming strategic partnerships with EISA (www.eisa.eu) and DVB World (www.dvbworld.org), and others. Distribution is free to trade professionals through trade shows and events or via direct mail.
