Hotel technologies are evolving at such a speed that there are two resulting upshots. One is that it is becoming increasingly difficult for hotel management and more particularly property owners to understand what’s going on; and the second is that those who are able to leverage new technologies intelligently are able to differentiate and add new values that were unimaginable just a few years ago.

We understand that while on the one hand, CIOs, CTOs and Chief Engineers are doing the best they can to follow movements in the industry, those they have to “pitch” to are having a very hard time keeping up.
